Staging 101™ by Intellistage® — 10 Year Warranty warrants to the original owner of each new product, for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase (provided it is purchased from an authorized Intellistage® dealer), that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship and meets or exceeds all factory-published specifications.

This warranty is void if the product has been tampered with, misused beyond normal wear and intended use, or physically damaged.

Improper handling, setup, or use of this product may result in failure, which could lead to serious injury or death. It is the responsibility of the user to read, understand, and follow all operating instructions and load capacity guidelines prior to use. Do not allow children or untrained individuals to use this product.

Intellistage® shall not be liable for any personal injury, death, consequential damages, or any indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of property, revenue, profit, or costs associated with removal, installation, or reinstallation arising from the use or performance of this product.
